Birth + Postpartum Doula Care.

This service supports the parent and family, not just the baby. Care is centred on physical recovery, emotional support, nourishment, and household stabilization during pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.

Birth and postpartum doula care is time-limited, non-medical, and family-centred, and often works in collaboration with medical providers and infant care specialists.
